Visitors from our Board

Words and pictures can tell a good story, but there’s really nothing like experiencing ministry in person. That’s why I was so blessed to host our recent visitors - John Sapp, the chairman of our board, and his friend Scott who is highly experienced in international missions and full of advice for our growing ministry.

It may have been a short visit, but we packed as much ministry as possible into their days so they could get the fullest snapshot possible of life and ministry in Zuntule and Los Pinos, the heart and dedication of our sponsored students as well as the obstacles they overcome daily, the strength and love and overcoming spirit of the mothers we work with, and the truly special team God has assembled to do this work. Other highlights included meeting the woman whose family makes all the shoes we donate to our students, seeing the land we dream of establishing our ministry center on, and eating lots of cheese, tortillas and mangos! I’m blessed to have had them visit, and I feel it’s safe to say they also were blessed by the connections they made!
